E-Docs provides our users with the ability to manage and store critical documents without the hassle, wasted time, and resources a "paper trail" can create. All documents stored in the Vault can be named, categorized, and emailed within the e-Docs interface. Other commonly used files such as images and videos can also be uploaded. Users can also drag and drop documents from your local computer directly into e-Docs.

With several search and download capabilities, finding and transferring documents becomes seamless. Important dates can be assigned to documents in order to trigger notifications upon expiration. As with other modules, users only see documents that are assigned to the locations which they have access to.
