AI Assistant
The AI Assistant brings a conversational helper into every screen of the Vault. Ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from your own tickets, assets, locations, inspections, results, permits, and eDocuments. The assistant understands the page you are working on, turns your data into charts, and walks you through how to use any part of the Vault. Administrators manage a shared monthly credit pool, set per-user limits, and review usage reports to keep costs predictable. Upon request, an MCP server is available so your organization can connect its own AI tools directly to your Vault data.
