Key Changes

Ticket notifications have been overhauled to send batched digest emails, reducing noise for users who monitor active tickets.

Document management has also received major improvements including a new grid view, file previews, and inspection/asset metadata displayed inline.

• Ticket digest notifications — users subscribed to ticket notifications will now receive a periodic batched digest email summarizing recent ticket changes rather than individual emails per update
• Inspection metadata and linked assets are now displayed on edoc entries, with clickable links to the associated inspection or asset record
• JSON and YAML file types are now supported for edoc uploads
